Your information
Privacy & cookies
A clear explanation of how this website and our enquiry process handle information.
Last updated: 17 October 2026.
Who we are
GeekWorks London Limited, company number 17000911, is responsible for personal information we receive through business enquiries to GeekWorks London. Our registered office is Flat 114 Regency Court, 89–111 High Road, London, E18 2JJ. Contact contact@geekworks.london with a privacy question or request.
What this website does
You can read the site without creating an account. The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit its fields to a website inbox or database. The draft reaches us only if you choose to send it using your email service.
The website code does not save enquiry fields in cookies, local storage or session storage. Your browser or email app may offer its own autofill or draft features, which it controls separately.
Information we may receive
If you call or email us, we may receive your name, business details, email address, telephone number, location and the information you choose to include in your enquiry. We use this to understand your request, reply and discuss or provide the work you ask about. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, device or browser details and request times, to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use information
We use enquiry and contact information where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform a contract with you. Where you act on behalf of a business, or for general enquiries and appropriate records, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding, running our business and providing services, balanced against your rights. We may also retain information where a legal obligation requires it.
We do not add website enquirers to a marketing mailing list simply because they have contacted us.
Who may handle information
Information may be handled by suppliers we use for website hosting, security, email and business administration, where necessary for those services. The public website uses Cloudflare hosting when served at geekworks.london. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities when necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Where a supplier processes personal information outside the UK, the applicable arrangements must provide a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate protection, such as an adequacy decision or suitable contractual safeguards. You can contact us for information relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, follow up and keep an appropriate record. Information that becomes part of a client relationship may be retained for the service, accounting, legal or dispute-related purpose that applies. We review what is needed and delete or anonymise information when there is no continuing reason to retain it.
Cookies and tracking
The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load third-party analytics, embed social-media feeds or request external web fonts. Hosting or security features may use essential technologies to deliver and protect the site. Your own browser and email provider may also apply their own settings and policies.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to your information, correction, erasure, restricted processing or portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the applicable conditions and exemptions.
Your right to object
You can object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests. We will consider your objection in accordance with data protection law.
Contact contact@geekworks.london or call 07565 347309 to make a request or raise a concern. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the way this website or our enquiry process handles information changes. The date above identifies this version.
